Event Rental DEPOSIT

Private Event Space rental Deposit, 1st paid=1st reserved Please confirm date and hours needed are available with studio booking dept. BEFORE paying for hrs. THIS RATE is your deposit for incidentals and will be refunded to you once the space has been inspected and no damages are found after your event. Your actual event details, contract and fee will be billed and paid separately from this fee once you have made all arrangements with our event coordinator for your event. DEPOSIT is required to Lock in your booking/ Balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event as per your contract. 50% of deposit is forfeited if you cancel anytime within 24hr of booking/payment (last minute bookings will forfeit 100% if canceled at any time after booking) *** Last minute= bookings for events happening within 2 weeks from date of booking 100% (FULL) Deposit is forfeited if you cancel your booking within 2 weeks of your event.
